The Sviyaga flows the opposite way

The Sviyaga flows south to north, almost parallel to the Volga but in the opposite direction, before entering the Kuibyshev Reservoir, part of the Volga system. Its length is about 375 km (the Tatar encyclopedia gives 377.4 km), rather than nearly 300 km.
