Does the brain hold terabytes?

There is no scientifically agreed “terabyte capacity” for the human brain. Memory is not stored as separate digital files: information is encoded through distributed neural activity and changes in connections, and its storage and retrieval have no simple computer-byte equivalent. So “more than 4 TB” is not a measured fact without a specified model and metric. [1–3]

Brain memory cannot simply be measured in bytes like a computer drive.
