Singapore’s cost of living and climate

Singapore regularly appears among the world’s most expensive cities in some international rankings, though its position depends on the spending basket and whether housing or affluent expatriate costs are included. “Comfort” also depends on the chosen measure. The 1991–2020 climate normal for mean temperature is about 27.9°C, rather than 27°C.
