A Giant Dinosaur Coprolite
A famous large coprolite—a fossilized dung specimen—was found in Canada and is attributed to a tyrannosaurid, often identified as T. rex. It is over 30 cm long and about 2.4 L in volume. It is safer to call it one of the largest well-known carnivorous dinosaur coprolites, rather than unconditionally the largest dinosaur coprolite; record claims depend on classification and newer finds.
