elements liquid at room temperature
At ordinary atmospheric pressure and 20 °C, two chemical elements are liquids: mercury and bromine. This describes their physical state under specified conditions; “natural state” without temperature and pressure is imprecise. Free bromine is also not normally found in nature because it is highly reactive.
A substance’s state depends on temperature and pressure.
