Are humans the only ones who draw straight lines?

No. In laboratory experiments, chimpanzees were taught to draw straight lines between marked points on a touchscreen, and straight strokes have also been observed in primate drawing. The ability to make a straight mark is therefore not uniquely human. However, such lines alone do not show that an animal intended a picture or an abstract geometric object; that depends on context and how the behavior is tested.

Chimpanzees can make straight lines, though this does not establish human-like artistic intent.
