Are 80% of Internet Photos Nude Women?

The claim that about 80% of all photos on the internet show nude women has no reliable supporting evidence. There is no comprehensive census of online images with a defined sample and method, and the web's content changes constantly. Studies of individual platforms or search samples cannot be generalized to the entire internet. The 80% figure should therefore be treated as an unverified urban legend.
