Water and oxygen on Earth
Earth is the only known planet in the Solar System with stable, extensive bodies of liquid water on its surface. The qualification matters: Saturn’s moon Titan has surface lakes and seas of liquid hydrocarbons, and water ice occurs on other worlds. In dry air near Earth’s surface, oxygen makes up about 20.95% by volume—roughly 21%.
Liquid-water oceans and roughly 21% oxygen in dry air are features of Earth.
