Fact 1267 — Walken: circus, dance, and music videos

At 16, Christopher Walken spent one summer with a traveling circus as a trainee lion tamer; he recalled working with a lioness named Sheba. In the 1960s, he also danced in a nightclub act with singer Monique van Vooren. Later, he appeared in two notable music videos: Madonna’s *Bad Girl* (1993) and Fatboy Slim’s *Weapon of Choice* (2001). So the circus story is true, but the reference to one Madonna video is incomplete: he appeared in two different videos.
