Internet near Everest

Paid Wi-Fi and mobile service are available in parts of the popular Everest trekking region and on sections of the route to base camp. Provider Everest Link advertises access in many villages and lodges along the trail. This does not mean high-speed internet is guaranteed throughout the climbing route to the summit: coverage above settlements and at high camps is limited and depends on provider, weather, and equipment.
