Einstein and the study of his brain
Albert Einstein showed strong ability in mathematics and physics early on; the idea that he was a poor student or only blossomed late does not fit the educational record. After his death in 1955, pathologist Thomas Harvey preserved his brain for research. Its anatomy has been described in scientific papers, but limited postmortem evidence cannot reliably explain Einstein’s genius.
