Дейдартунгювер: потік гарячої води
Deildartunguhver in western Iceland is one of Europe’s most powerful hot springs. Reliable regional sources report a flow of about 180 litres per second, at roughly 97–100°C. The claim of more than 225 L/s was not substantiated by the sources reviewed. The spring is in Borgarfjörður, roughly 97–100 km northwest of Reykjavík, rather than right beside the city. Given the reported temperature, “near-boiling” is more precise than simply calling it boiling water.
