Niue’s collectible coins

Niue is a self-governing state in free association with New Zealand. Commemorative coins commissioned for Niue have been issued with licensed Disney and Star Wars themes; many are collectible releases denominated in Niue dollars, though that does not mean they are commonly used in everyday transactions. New Zealand Mint notes that not every coin bearing Niue’s effigy was made by that mint.
