Anthony Levandowski founded Way of the Future in 2015 as an organization exploring ideas about artificial intelligence and spirituality. He spoke of a possible “Godhead” based on AI. The original organization was dissolved at the end of 2020; in 2023 Levandowski said he was rebooting it. This is the history of a specific initiative and its founder’s views, not an established religion.
