UTEC's water-making billboard in Peru

In 2013, Peru’s University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) and advertising agency Mayo DraftFCB installed a billboard near Lima with a system that condensed atmospheric moisture, filtered the water, and dispensed it through a tap for local residents. It was a demonstration advertising and engineering installation in a very humid coastal climate, not a universal or energy-free water source for every location.
